Our mission at Cross Roads Automotive is to provide the highest quality independent Subaru care, customer service, and working environment in Utah.
Before the opening of Cross Roads Automotive, consumers have been forced to lower their expectations when dealing with the automotive repair industry over the years. Large, machine like, profit driven dealers just don’t have the time available to develop the one-on-one relationship necessary for a high level of customer service. On the other hand, an independent shop may not have the qualifications or specific equipment or genuine parts necessary to diagnose and repair the vehicle the way the manufacturer intended.
We believe Cross Roads Automotive provides you with a rare opportunity to have the best of both worlds for you and your Subaru.
Our team of dedicated Subaru enthusiasts are constantly striving to exceed all of your expectations. Our approach is simple. We treat you the way we would like to be treated.
Any service or repair need is looked at with the customer’s best interest in mind. We will discuss your vehicles needs with you in order of importance. We don’t subscribe to the philosophy that everything on a car has to be done at once. If there is a minor issue with the car it will be presented as just that. We’re not a hard sell and will take the time to work with you in determining what is best for you and your Subaru.
All services and repairs are according to Subaru factory recommendations and are backed by a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty (in most cases). We are completely independent of Subaru and its dealers. We accomplish this goal by providing you with a well trained, highly qualified staff with over 28 years of prior Subaru dealership experience. Being independent, we don't have the same high overhead as the Subaru dealer and are able to pass that savings on to you. We specialize in Subaru's because we know this vehicle inside and out. Our dealership training and experience is a valuable asset, insuring that diagnostic and repair procedures are done the way the factory intended. We use genuine Subaru parts, O.E.M manufacture, and high quality aftermarket parts so your Subaru stays running as designed. We have up-to-date factory shop manuals and computerized diagnostic.
